Our journey

2010
ESW goes to market with its flagship product featuring a full suite of localised checkout and logistics solutions for 200+ global markets.
2012
We expanded into 50+ distribution and returns centres across major markets.
2016
ESW added demand generation capabilities to our existing ecommerce offering with the launch of our in-house agency.
2020
Expanding our capabilities to include a design/build/run product, ESW launched an end-to-end solution that opens new global markets with no impact to a brand’s domestic flagship site.
2021
To meet the unique growth needs of SMBs, ESW developed a new offering that provided a flexible, robust solution to help more retailers meet their international expansion goals.
2022
ESW acquired Scalefast, unlocking the power of special sale events like product drops, employee stores and flash sales for our existing clients as well as the wider market.
2023
Asendia, ESW’s parent company, tapped us to simplify the international returns process leading to the development and launch of e-Paq returns.
2024 and Beyond
ESW continues to expand its product and service offerings including enhanced omnichannel experiences, a growing partner network to give our clients the best in bespoke solutions and more payments and logistics options to give our clients even more ways to reach their customers.

The Asendia Group

ESW is a subsidiary of Asendia Holding AG, a joint venture between La Poste and Swiss Post. Our sister company Asendia was founded in 2012 and operates in North America, Europe, the UK and Asia-Pacific, providing parcels and mail solutions to retailers and brands all over the world, including returns, fulfilment and lettershop.
